Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and reconcile multi-entity consolidations, inter-company eliminations and multi-level financial statements
• Maintain month end schedules and reconciliations for multiple legal entities
• Work with external auditors during the interim and year end audits.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support
• Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Consolidate and analyze inter-company transactions
• Interact with other departments and factory management about accounting related issues
• Assist with various special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• 7 years of accounting experience working with Consolidations and Inter-Company Eliminations
• Experience with Equity Investment Management
• Experience with preparing and reviewing multi-level Financial Statements
• Involved in and/or led an implementation team towards a new ERP system
• 5 years of ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations preferred
• Participates in cross functional teams with various department leads to improve company’s processes
• Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS
• Provide support for year-end financial audits including preparation of audit schedules and addressing auditors’ inquiries
• Must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Data Management, etc.
• Must be detail detail-oriented, analytical, with strong problem-
• Accounting professional who is proactive, self-motivated, and independent
• Strong organization skills

Compensation

• Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000 annually
